Tamagawa Naturally Brewed Junmai Sake (Yamahai)
This sake is designed with a gentle and soft taste in mind, and has a light mouthfeel. We recommend drinking it at room temperature or warm. It enhances the flavor of your meal, and will have you eating and drinking more.
¥1,150
Funachu Hachisaku Junmai Super Dry
At room temperature, it has a citrus aroma. It also has a hint of melon, a light sweetness with a soft umami flavor, and a refined, low but firm acidity. When warmed, it becomes more mellow and crisp. When served warm, the spiciness peaks and the aftertaste broadens. It has a distinctive spicy flavor.
¥1,250
Tokaku Easy Sake Junmai Ginjo Nama (Saga Prefecture)
Made with white koji, this sake has a very clear, gentle sweetness and a tart aftertaste, making it easy to drink. When it was developed, the concept was "a drink to soothe the body after drinking too much over the New Year holidays," and this year too, it is a drink that you should be careful not to drink too much of.
¥1,150
Masanochi Junmai Ginjo sake by Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten (Mie Prefecture)
A smooth mouthfeel leads to a relaxed, sweet, and rich extract. A delicate umami dances purely among the soft aroma. A subtle acidity emerges later to tighten the overall flavor, creating a light and refreshing taste.
¥1,600
Aoki Shuzo Kakurei Junmai Ginjo (Niigata Prefecture)
A pure rice sake that is light and soft while emphasizing the natural flavor of rice. Characterized by a subtle fragrance and a gentle, full-bodied flavor.
¥1,250
Maruo Honten Etsukaijin Unfiltered Raw Ooseto Junmai Sake (Kagawa Prefecture)
The honey-like smooth umami and rich acidity are perfectly matched, resulting in a delicious sake with multiple layers of umami and sweetness. This sake is especially delicious when served warm. It's a sake bursting with umami that pairs perfectly with any dish.
¥1,520
Akishika Nose Cold-Prepared Junmai Ginjo (Osaka Prefecture)
It enhances the flavor of food. It's a hearty, clean-tasting dry sake that pairs well with a wide range of dishes, even those with strong flavors. It can be enjoyed chilled, lukewarm, or hot.
¥1,500
Komatsu Shuzo Manrei Nakadori Unfiltered Unpasteurized Junmai Daiginjo (Saga Prefecture)
The freshness of the sake and the moderate sweetness of the cloudiness are well balanced with the sharpness of sake that goes well with Japanese food and the sweetness of the rice, resulting in a smooth and gentle sake with a savory flavor that is typical of Junmai Daiginjo.
¥1,500
Banshu Ikkon Junmai Ginjo Watasen No. 2 (Hyogo Prefecture)
The brewery is located in the Banshu region of Hyogo Prefecture, one of the leading sake rice producing areas in Japan, home to Yamadanishiki Special A grade. This sake is brewed using the sake rice "Watasen No. 2," the parent of Yamadanishiki, and has a low alcohol content of 13%.
¥1,300
Yokoyama Junmai Ginjo Super Dry 7 Nama (Nagasaki Prefecture)
This sake is brewed using the finest premium Yamada Nishiki rice. It has the fresh, low-malt flavor that is characteristic of new sake, and its juicy, subtle sweetness fills your mouth, making it the perfect accompaniment to food.
¥1,100
Asama Shuzo Asamayama Junmai Daiginjo Asahi (Gunma Prefecture)
It has a gentle ginjo aroma reminiscent of Western sake, followed by a gentle sweetness, a fresh, pleasant bitterness, and a refined taste with just the right amount of sharpness. It pairs well with a variety of vegetable dishes, such as tempura.
¥1,100
Eiko Fuji Hypernova Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Raw Sake (Yamagata Prefecture)
With its soft, gentle ginjo aroma and well-balanced, mild flavor, this sake goes well with a variety of dishes.
¥1,200
Morishima Junmai Ginjo Yamada Nishiki (Ibaraki Prefecture)
It has a refreshing and understated ginjo aroma, and when you sip it, the umami flavor typical of Yamadanishiki spreads horizontally. The aroma and flavor are well-balanced, and the finish has a light feel vertically. You can also enjoy the moderate acidity and the fullness of Yamadanishiki.
¥1,200
Hakkaisan Echigo Nodo Freshly Squeezed Nama Genshu (Niigata Prefecture)
Brewed separately from the standard Hakkaisan sake, this sake uses Yamadanishiki rice for the koji rice, giving it a full-bodied flavor despite being a new sake. The rough mouthfeel and fresh taste of freshly squeezed unpasteurized sake coexist, and the high alcohol content is not even noticeable, making it a smooth and pleasant drink.
¥1,050
Akabu AKABU Junmai Ginjo (Iwate Prefecture)
The yeast, which produces the fruity aroma unique to ginjo, and the taste of koji create an exquisite harmony. This sake has a gorgeous fragrance and a clear umami flavor.
¥1,500
Tokaku THE ORIGIN Yamada Nishiki (Saga Prefecture)
To ensure that the rice's flavor is fully and cleanly experienced, Yamada Nishiki rice from Saga Prefecture is used, and the sake is designed to maximize the appeal of Yamada Nishiki, known as the king of sake rice, allowing you to enjoy the combination of Yamada Nishiki and Totsuru. The rice is polished to 60%, allowing for a clean taste while retaining the umami.
¥1,200
Dassai Junmai Daiginjo 45 (Yamaguchi Prefecture)
A beautiful, well-balanced ginjo aroma. A very approachable, pop-inspired Junmai sake. Even beginners to sake will find it easy to enjoy.
¥1,450
Shichiken Junmai Daiginjo Silken Taste (Yamanashi Prefecture)
This Junmai Daiginjo is brewed in Hakushu, the home of famous water, using underground water from Mt. Kaikoma in the Southern Alps. We have toned down the fruity aroma that is characteristic of Daiginjo, so that it can be enjoyed with everyday meals. With a restrained, clean, refreshing taste, this is a recommended sake to drink with meals.
